We’re launching new Cashback products
As we see HMOs continue to gain in popularity with Landlords Fleet are pleased to announce we will be introducing a £1000 cashback on all Two-year and Five-year HMO/MUFB fixed rate products. We hope this cashback incentive will assist with the upfront costs that landlords face that can significantly impact their ability to invest or reinvest in buy-to-let properties.
We’re also reducing our 75% LTV Five-Year £3999 fee HMO/MUFB product, and our Five-Year 75% LTV zero-fee HMO/MUFB product by 15bps
