Our new products will go live at 09:00am on Thursday 2nd February 2023 and I have attached a copy of our updated product guide for your reference.
Please find below a summary of the key changes:
Rate Reduction on our 7-Year Fixed Rate Products
- 44bps reduction across each of our 7-Year Fixed Rate Products:
- 7-Year Fix for Standard and Limited Company borrowers will be available at 4.99%
- 7-Year Fix for HMO and multi-unit block borrowers will be available at 5.09%
- The product fee for our 7-Year Fixed Rate Products will be 3% (with a minimum of £750)
Tracker products
- Our Tracker products remain unchanged
The Bank of England’s MPC meet on Thursday 2nd February and we are anticipating another increase to the BBR so once this has been confirmed, we will share a copy of our updated Product Guide with you.
