We’re making rate reductions and reintroducing EPC A-C products
We’re pleased to confirm that we are reintroducing our range of products for landlord borrowers seeking to purchase or refinance properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A-C. We’re also reducing rates on some of our Five-Year Fixed Rate products.
Reintroduction of EPC A-C products
- Available on properties with an EPC rating of A-C
- Two-Year and Five-Year options across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges
- Priced at 10bps less than the standard equivalent products
- Alignment to the Green Finance Institute Principles
Rate reductions
- 10bps reduction on existing Five-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV products with 3% fee across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges
