Fleet Mortgages | Product Update
Good afternoon. Firstly, from all of us at Fleet Mortgages, we wish you a very Happy New Year and we and we look forward to working with you and your team over the year ahead. We know that 2023 was undoubtedly a challenging year but we start the new year on a positive note with swap rates continuing to drop, so we will be reducing the rates across our Fixed Rate Product range later this week.
Our new products will go live at 09.00am on Thursday 4th January 2024.
Please find below further details of our updated products:
- Reduction of 20bps on Two-Year Fixed Rate Products
- Reduction of 40bps on Five-Year and Seven-Year Fixed Rate Products
- Application fee for Tracker Products reduced from £250 to £199
