IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 5 January
On Friday 5 January, TSB is making further reductions to selected 2 Year Fixed Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing rates, with its Remortgage £995 fee products starting from 4.44%.
And for First Time Buyers, all its products now revert to a follow-on Tracker lower than the current HVR, reducing the total amount payable over the lifetime of the mortgage, and providing additional assistance in helping new borrowers onto the property ladder.
Residential
Rates reducing on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer, Home Mover and Remortgage, by up to 0.55%
Product Transfer
Rates reducing on:
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-95% LTV, by up to 0.45%
Additional Borrowing
Rates reducing on:
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.45%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 4 January at 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 4 January as they won’t be available after this time.
