The return of 80% lending!
80% LTV products are available for standard properties only.
HMO, MUFB, new builds, conversions, ex local/MOD, and adjacent to commercial are excluded from the 80% range.
The Minimum property value is £100,000 and the maximum individual loan is £750,000.
The product fee can be added on top of the loan (taking the loan over 80%) allowing your client to maximize lending.
