The company will be closing at early on Tuesday 15th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 16th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

We’re repricing our Product Transfer products

Further to the rate changes we made to our core buy-to-let range on Saturday 25th July 2026, we’re writing to let you know that we are repricing our Product Transfer (PT) products, which will be live from 09:00am on Tuesday 4th August.

Please find further details below:

  • Two-Year PT products for Standard & Limited Company increased by 30bps
  • Two-Year PT products for HMO/MUFB increased by 20bps
  • Five-Year PT products increased by 20bps across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges

Please note: There are no changes to our core product range.
