We’re repricing our Fixed Rate Product Transfer (PT) products
Following the product changes we introduced last week, we are repricing our Fixed Rate Product Transfer range effective from: 5:00pm today, Tuesday 29th September 2026.
Please find full details below:
- Two-Year Fixed Rate Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB Product Transfer products: Rates will increase by 20bps
- Five-Year Fixed Rate Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB Product Transfer products: Rates will increase by 20bps
Please note: There are no changes to our core new business product range. Additionally, our Product Transfer Tracker products remain unchanged.

All KFI requests need to be in by: 5:00pm Tuesday 29th September 2026.
