We’re writing to let you know that as of 8th May 2024, we will be launching two new 65% LTV 5-Year Fixed Rate products. In addition, we’re reducing the rate of our 75% LTV 5-Year Fixed Rate products. All of these changes apply to our Standard buy-to-let product range only.

- New: 65% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a zero product fee
- New: 65% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a fixed £1,999 fee (maximum loan size of £300k)
- Rate reduction: Our 75% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate products will decrease by 15bps
