We’re making some changes to our Fixed Rate products
We’re writing to let you know that we are making some changes to our 5-Year Fixed Rate products. We’re committed to providing great service to our intermediary partners and so we’re temporarily taking these measures to achieve exactly that so please find further details below:
- We will be introducing a new 65% 5-Year range across our three core ranges: Standard, limited company and HMO/multi-unit block (MUB)
- We are repricing upwards our 70% and 75% 5-Year Fixed Rate products
- All 2-Year Fixed Rate products and Tracker Products will remain unchanged
To secure a product from our existing range:
Full applications must be submitted by: 5:00pm on Tuesday 12th March 2024
Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Tuesday 12th March 2024 to secure the rate applied for.
