| We’re making some changes to our products
We’re pleased to confirm that from Friday 17th May 2024, we’re reducing the rate of our 65% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate products. In addition, we’re launching two new 65% 5-Year Fixed Rate products in our Limited Company BTL range.
Please find full details below:
- New: 65% LTV Limited Company 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a zero product fee
- New: 65% LTV Limited Company 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a fixed £1,999 fee (maximum loan size of £300k)
- Rate reduction: Our 65% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate products will decrease by 20bps
