- Rate reduction of 15bps on 75% LTV 5-Year Fixed Rate products with 3% fee (Standard, Limited Company and HMO)
- Updated Tracker products following the recent reduction in BBR to 4.75%

We’re writing to let you know that we are reintroducing our Five-Year 75% LTV EPC A-C products across our three core product ranges: Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB. Designed for landlord borrowers seeking to purchase or refinance properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A-C, these products offer a 10bps reduction off the non-EPC A-C equivalent.
