We’re Reducing Rates on Selected Fixed Rate Products
As market rate movements have been trending downwards in recent weeks, we’re pleased to announce a raft of rate reductions across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges.
We’ll be cutting rates by 15bps across a number of our 65% LTV and 75% LTV two-year and five-year fixed rate products.
New products released
Our new products will be available from: 09.00am on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
