We’re adding new products and cutting rates across all product ranges
We’re pleased to share a number of enhancements to our buy-to-let product range, including the introduction of new options, rate reductions and lower product fees to support your landlord clients.

New
- Two-Year 75% Fixed Rate products with zero-product fee for Standard and Limited Company borrowers
- Two-Year 75% LTV Fixed Rate products with zero-product fee and fixed product fee options for HMO/MUFB, both of which come with £1,000 cashback
Rate reduction
- Rate reductions of between 10-30bps on selected products across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB Fixed Rate ranges
Fee reduction
- Five-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV Standard & Limited Company products with fixed fee: Reduced by £2500 (from £3999 to £1499)
- Five-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV HMO/MUFB product with fixed fee: Reduced by £1500 (from £3999 to £2499)
