We continue to see strong demand for Two-Year Fixed Rate products, particularly from landlords who want cost certainty in the short-term but also want to stay agile in a changing market. In response to this demand, we’re pleased to announce that we’re cutting the rates of some of our Two-Year Fixed Rate products.

- Rate reduction: Two-Year Fixed Rate products with 3% fee (both EPC A-C and non-EPC A-C) reduced by 15bps across our Standard and Limited Company ranges
- Rate reduction: Two-Year Fixed Rate products with fixed-fee (£1999 and £5499) reduced by 25bps across our Standard and Limited Company ranges
