We’re making some changes to our products
We’re writing to let you know that due to recent swap market volatility, we are making some changes to our products from tomorrow, Wednesday 24th April.
Please find full details below:
- Our 5-Year 75% Fixed Rate products will decrease by 10bps
- Our 65% and 70% 5-Year Fixed Rate products will be temporarily withdrawn
- Our 2-Year Fixed Rate products will increase by 20bps
- End dates on 5-year products extended to 31st July
To secure a product from our existing range:
Full applications must be submitted by: 5:00pm on Tuesday 23rd April 2024
Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 to secure the rate applied for.
