We’re repricing some of our products
We’re writing to let you know that due to continued market volatility, we are making some changes to our products from tomorrow, Thursday 30th April 2026. Please find full details below.
- Our Two-Year Fixed Rate products across all ranges will increase by 20bps
- Our Five-Year Fixed Rate Zero and Fixed Fee products across our Standard and Limited Company ranges will be temporarily withdrawn
- Our Two-Year Tracker products with a fixed product fee will be temporarily withdrawn
Our Five-Year Fixed Rates with 3% fee across all ranges remain unchanged.
To secure a product from our existing range:
Full applications must be submitted by: 5:00pm on Wednesday 29th April 2026.
Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Wednesday 29th April 2026 to secure the rate applied for.
