NEW Exclusive Buy to Let product range covering more unusual properties
We are now able to access on a shared exclusive basis via just a handful of Packagers, a new ‘Extra’ range of buy to let products covering more unusual properties and landlord borrower needs.
These new Extra products cover extra-large HMO properties (over nine bedrooms), semi-commercial properties (a combination of residential and commercial property) and holiday lets (single occupancy not HMO or multi-unit block).
Credit history does not need to be perfect – the range is available for both portfolio and non-portfolio landlord borrowers with some historic credit blips.
Current Extra products, available for both purchase and remortgage, include:
- Extra Large HMOs – 9 bedrooms or more
- Semi Commercial – properties with both residential and commercial parts
- Holiday Lets – using holiday let income
- Extra Large loan – up to £5m per property
- Extra Large Portfolio – aggregate lending over £5m
