Foundation Update

Foundation Home Loans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range.  Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion. 

BUY TO LET BY FOUNDATION -PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

On Wednesday 8th May at 5:30pm we will be withdrawing most of our buy to let product range to be replaced the next day.

Please note: among the products being withdrawn are:

  • F1 and F2 2 year fixed £4£ BTL remortgage products, with rates starting from 6.59%
  • F1 5 year fixed, 6.14% at 65% LTV
  • F2 HMO 5 year fixed fee assisted product, 6.54% at 75% LTV, with one free standard valuation and no application fee

Please note: Our range of buy to let ‘Specials’ will remain unchanged.

Any DIPs on the current products will need to be submitted by 5.30pm on Wednesday 8th May which will secure the product for 2 working days until 5.30pm on Friday 10th May.

The DIP must be converted to a full FMA and submitted before 5.30pm on Friday 10th May.

DIPs relating to these current products which have not been converted to FMA and submitted by 5.30pm on Friday 10th May will no longer be valid.

All Application fees and Valuation fees must be paid within 3 working days of the submission of a Full Mortgage Application. 

FMAs which do not have their Application fee or Valuation fee paid by 5.30pm on the 3rd working day after submission, will no longer be valid.

Please convert existing DIPs to a full mortgage application as soon as possible.

BUY TO LET BY FOUNDATION – REDUCED FEES, NEW PRODUCTS AND UPDATES IN THE BTL LINEUP

As of today, Thursday 9th May, we have released new rates across our Buy to Let by Foundation range including a selection of NEW products.

NEW PRODUCTS
  • Fee Assisted Short Term Let 2- and 5- Year Fixed products available up to 75% LTV with a 1.25% fee and rates starting from 6.79%
  • 2 Year Fixed Holiday Let product available up to 70% LTV with a 2% fee and a rate of 6.99%
Other changes include
  • Reduced fee on the ERC3 product – a 5 year fix with only 3 year ERCs, now at 1%, with a rate of 6.39%
  • F2 Large Portfolio products now with a reduced fee of 1.25%, one free standard application and no application fee with rates starting from 6.59%
  • Large Loan products fee now reduced to 1.5%
  • Pound-for-Pound (£4£) Remortgage Only products rates now starting from 6.74% with a 1.5% fee
PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

On Monday 13th May at 5:30pm we will be withdrawing some of our Residential products.

The products being withdrawn are:

  • Our F1 Limited Edition 5 year fixed product, 5.99% at 80% LTV
  • F1 2 year fixed Professionals products, 6.24% at 75% and 6.54% at 85% LTV
  • F1 2 year fixed Green ABC+ products, 6.29% at 75% and 6.49% at 85% LTV

Any DIPs on the current products will need to be submitted by 5.30pm on Monday 13th May which will secure the product for 2 working days until 5.30pm on Wednesday 15th May.
