Foundation Home Loans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range. Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.
Today (13th November 2025) we’ve reduced selected rates within our buy to let range and introduced three new products, helping you support your clients seeking greater flexibility in an uncertain market.
Today’s changes:
- F1 5 Year Fixed ERC3 reduced by 0.10% to 5.54% with a 1% fee up to 75% LTV
- F1 2 Year Discount initial rate reduced by 0.05% now starting at 5.94% with a 1.5% fee up to 75% LTV
- NEW F2 2 Year Discount with an initial rate of 5.99% and a 1.5% fee up to 75% LTV
- NEW F2 HMO 2 Year Discount with an initial rate of 6.09% with a 1.5% fee up to 75% LTV
- NEW F2 MUFB 2 Year Discount with an initial rate of 6.19% with a 1.5% fee up to 75% LTV
ERC3 is a five-year fixed rate product which has early repayment charges (ERCs) for only three of the five years, giving the landlord borrower the stability of a five-year fixed rate but with the flexibility to change things before maturity if they need to do so.
Today’s product launch is aimed at offering landlords more options and flexibility in the current market, with new two-year discounts featuring competitive variable rates linked to BBR and no ERCs. Together, these changes offer borrowers more control and freedom if market conditions or their circumstances change.
