RATE REDUCTIONS OF BY UP TO 0.90% ON BTL AND NEW 2-YEAR FIXED OPTIONS
As of today, Tuesday 12th September 2023, Foundation Home Loans have refreshed their BTL range.
Changes in the BTL core range include:
- Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.90%, rates now starting from 6.59%
- 2 Year Fixed products re-introduced for F1, F2 and standard HMO
- 80% LTV product options added to the F2 BTL range, including the remortgage only product
