The updated rates provide your landlords with options enhanced solutions that address a variety of needs and circumstances.
Buy to Let Special Products:
- F1 2 year fixed rate Specials starting from 4.74% with a 4% fee
- F1 5 year fixed rates for Portfolio Landlords only, from 5.19% with 6% fee
- F1 5 year fee-assisted fixed rates for Portfolio Landlords only, from 5.39% with 5% fee
- F2 2- and 5- year fixed rates for standard HMOs and MUFBs from 5.29% with a 3% fee
