Foundation has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range. Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.
PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
Today, Friday 20th March, we will be withdrawing products from across our Buy to Let and Residential product ranges.
Buy to Let:
Products being temporarily withdrawn include:
• All F1 5 year products and F1 products at 65% LTV
• All 2 year Limited Editions
• All Green products
• F2 5 year Re-mortgage Only product
• All Select Fixed fee products
• Selected HMO, MUFB and Expat 5 year products.
Residential:
We are temporarily withdrawing all our Residential range of products.
Any DIPs on the current products must be submitted and converted to a Full Mortgage Application (FMA) by 5.30pm on Friday 20th March.
DIPs relating to the current products which have not been converted to an FMA and submitted by 5.30pm on Friday 20th March will no longer be valid.
All application fees and valuation fees must be paid within three working days of submitting an FMA.
FMAs without their application fee or valuation fee paid by 5.30pm on the third working day after submission will no longer be valid.
Please convert existing DIPs to a full mortgage application as soon as possible.
