In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Foundation Update

Foundation Home Loans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range.  Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion. 

Foundation Home Loans awarded Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2024

Foundation Home Loans has been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for the second year running, having broken their previous year’s record. Their average star score, as rated by mortgage intermediaries, was 4.6 stars in 2023, up from 4.5 in 2022.

Only companies who consistently score in the very highest boundaries for service win the Feefo Gold Award, with the minimum being 4.5 stars average and at least 50 ratings by users in the year.
