Today (20th November 2025) we’ve made some exciting product changes to our specialist Select Fixed Fee product range.
We’ve reduced our F1 Select Fixed Fee 5 year product’s rate by 0.10% and introduced a new F2 Holiday Let Select Fixed Fee 5 year product with a rate of 6.04%.
Our Select Fixed Fee range is ideal for your clients looking for larger loan sizes, with a minimum loan of £300,000 and flat fees that provide excellent value for larger loans.
Today’s changes:
- F1 Select Fixed Fee 5 year fixed reduced by 0.10% to 5.39% with a £4,995 fee up to 75% LTV. (minimum loan size £300,000)
- NEW F2 Holiday Lets Select Fixed Fee 5 year fixed with a rate of 6.04% and a £7,995 fee up to 75% LTV. (minimum loan size £300,000)
