BTL Fee Assisted, BBR & System update: 22/03/2022
As of the morning of 22 March 2022 Foundation Home Loans will:
Launch BTL Fee Assisted Products
- Withdraw 4 products
- Re-launch these four with reduced product fees
- A further 12 new products will also be launched; 8 of which are Limited Editions
System update
- 32 products will also be withdrawn and relaunched with the only change being applied to the product shortcode due to a system update
Base Rate update
- Base rate will be updated from 0.50% to 0.75%
- Please update the BBR on all of our products
