PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
On Monday 27th April at 5:30pm, we’ll be withdrawing our Buy to Let Limited Edition products. These products will not be immediately replaced.
Any DIPs on the current products must be submitted and converted to a Full Mortgage Application (FMA) by 5.30pm on Monday 27th April.
DIPs relating to the current products which have not been converted to an FMA and submitted by 5.30pm on Monday 27th April will no longer be valid.
All application fees and valuation fees must be paid within three working days of submitting an FMA.
FMAs without their application fee or valuation fee paid by 5.30pm on the third working day after submission will no longer be valid.
Please convert existing DIPs to a full mortgage application as soon as possible.
