Gatehouse Bank – Reduced pricing and minimum finance across all products

Product Reprice – our entire product range, every Home Purchase Plan (HPP) and Buy to Let (BTL) product, has been reduced by 0.50% – this includes UK residents, Expats and International residents.

Minimum Finance – we have also reduced our minimum finance amounts on all HPP and BTL products from £100,000 to £75,000 – available up to 80% on standard property.

  • Just One Case Packing Guidance Document – it used to be 4 different guides and the updated guidance has been attached for you.
  • Simplified Document Requirements – see attached!
  • New Case Discussion Call – if required, you’ll receive a call from our underwriting team to help them understand the case better.
  • New Early Valuation Option – can be paid for and instructed when the case is fully submitted (at the clients own risk).
  • Updated Country Checklist – we now accept Nigeria and most high risk countries (there are only 46 counties on our sanctioned list).
  • Top Slicing No Longer Accepted.
  • Application Fees – £149 for UK clients, £199 for Expats and £299 for International clients.
  • Validity Periods for New Applications:
    • DIP’s – 30 days
    • Applications – ‘Packaging’ Stage – Max 30 days or the case is cancelled.
    • Applications – Signed to Offer in 3 Months max!
    • Offers – Valid for 6 months.
    • Re-Offers – Additional 6 Months (New Docs and Val Required).
