In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

Product Switching range

Gen H are delighted to confirm that we’ve formally announced the launch of the Product Switching range for our Intermediary partners. 

Now, when your advisors help their client’s product switch to a new rate with Gen H, they will earn 0.25%.

Product switches with Gen H take just a few minutes to kick off. There are no uploading documents, affordability assessments, or lengthy review processes.

Existing Gen H homeowners will be eligible for the Gen H existing customer range, with zero product fees.

Plus, clients can lock in a new rate 180 days before the end of their current product.

And if rates go down, clients can move to a lower rate as many times as they want – or cancel their switch entirely – without incurring any ERCs up until 5 working days before their switch completes.*
