Important information – Gen H home agreement

On Friday 22nd November, Gen H will stop offering our home agreement to new customers.

This change is designed to simplify the advice process for advisors when recommending our income booster mortgages.

Customers are still welcome to set up a declaration of trust or a loan agreement via their own solicitor if they wish to do so.

Submitted applications aren’t impacted by this change – so if clients already have a home agreement, they can keep it and its benefits as long as they have a mortgage with Gen H. 

We have notified advisors on the panel (via email) that if they would like to submit an application with a home agreement, they must do so before the end of day on Friday 22nd November.

Please be aware that we will need to remove any reference to the Gen H home agreement, or dynamic ownership from any websites and Gen H materials
