WITHDRAWAL: Two-year discount remortgage products
We are withdrawing two-year discount remortgage products this Friday 3 July 2026 at 5pm.
- Remortgage – 2 Year Discount 4.34% variable (2.55% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – 75% LTV – H2D02
- Remortgage – 2 Year Discount 4.09% variable (2.80% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – 60% LTV – H2D01
Other options available
We have a number of two-year discount products available on our Core Residential product range available up to 90% LTV. All products are available for purchase and remortgage with rates starting from 4.09% variable.
