Rate reductions for our variable rate mortgages
Due to the decrease in the Bank of England Base Rate from 5.00% to 4.75% on the 7 November, from 4 December 24 we will be reducing our Homeowner Variable Rate (HVR) and our Landlord Variable Rate (LVR) by 0.25%.
Our variable rate mortgage products linked to HVR and LVR will therefore be decreasing by 0.25% on the 4 December. Our updated rates will be viewable on our website from this date.
