We are pleased to announce that we are cutting the rates on the majority of our Skilled Worker visa Mortgages and enhancing criteria.

These updates will see our already flexible criteria, that requires no minimum residency in the UK and no minimum income, appeal to even more families recently resident in the UK. Learn about the criteria update.

• Visas – Fixed 5 Year to 31/12/2029 – 5.35% – 80% LTV – VISF7
