TEMPORARY WITHDRAWAL: Fixed rate products at 5pm Wednesday
As the rapid changes in market conditions continue, we wanted to give you as much notice as possible that the majority of our fixed rate mortgage products will be withdrawn from 5pm on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
New rates coming soon
We appreciate this is disruptive, however the good news is they won’t be away for long. We’re actively working on our new rates and expect to relaunch our fixed rate mortgage range early next week, we’ll be in touch later this week with an update.
Existing customer products
We will also be repricing our fixed‑rate products exclusively available to existing customers. However their current rates will remain available until the new rates go live.
