This BTL 2 Year Discount product is great for borrowers who have a smaller deposit, including first time landlords or those looking to expand their portfolio. This competitively priced product is aimed at landlord borrowers who have a smaller deposit. It is available to a wide cohort of borrowers from first time landlords to accidental landlords to those looking to expand their property portfolio.

Our Income Flex products are great for supporting self employed borrowers and allows a combination of any two non-standard incomes.

We’ve highlighted some of the common Income Flex criteria questions below:

    We will consider 12 months*
  2. Can you use projection as the latest year? 
    Yes, on Income Flex up to 5.5x LTI*
