Something new is coming
Over the past 12 months we’ve reflected on what out clients want and need from us as a lender.
We’ve taken what we’ve learned and turned it into a plan of action. A plan which will see us supporting the full spectrum of investor needs.
Right now we fund investors with residential property, but our team has a wealth of experience in residential and commercial investment and we want to be there for both.
So, as of Monday 28th March, Hodge will be launching a Commercial Investment Product which will allow us to do just that.

Commercial Investment Finance from Hodge has arrived
We’ve launched a new Commercial Investment Finance product aimed at experienced property investors who invest in a mix of commercial buildings.
Designed with active, proven investors in mind. Whether you’re looking to buy, manage, refinance or add value to commercial real estate assets like office buildings, industrial, retail, leisure or mixed-use buildings, this product could be right for you.
The need to knows:
- Maximum individual loan size is £5m, with £10m aggregate to borrowers in common ownership
- Loan to Value (LTV) ratios of up to 75% are available with loan terms, floating or fixed rate, up to five years
- Eligible borrower types include Ltd Co, LLP, sole trader and Trusts with UK based ownership.

We’d like to let you know about some important product changes
Please note that from 5pm on Monday 4th April, we will be removing our 50% LTV products from our 50+ range.
All remaining products, from our 60% , 75% and 85% LTV ranges remain unchanged.
This adjustment to our product offering will be in place for the short-term, and we will write to you once these products have been reintroduced to our ever popular 50+ range.
