Important – Rate increase 12th September
As a result of the increasing costs of lending, we’re increasing our interest rates across our 50+, RIO and Holiday Let products.
The rate changes will take effect from 9am on Monday 12th September.
Key information:
- Rates are changing from 9am on Monday 12th September
- DIPs must have been submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 6th September
- To secure current rates full applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 9th September
