Our new affordability calculator is live!
We’re delighted to announce that our new, improved affordability calculator is now live on the intermediary website.
We’ve taken the time to enhance its functionality and can confirm the calculator now offers the following:
- The ability to run affordability across all our residential products (the 50+, the RIO and the Professional).
- An improved back-end functionality, mirroring our internal model, providing a more accurate result.
- The ability to generate two maximum lending figures. One based on your customers maximum affordability, and the other based on the LTV.
- The ability to download results as a PDF to share with your customers.
- No need to register when using the calculator.
