In our ongoing commitment to you, we’re excited to announce significant enhancements to our formal offer process.
Based on valuable feedback from our broker community, we have launched a significantly improved and simplified offer facility letter. This latest update removes the requirement for any signature from the borrower, further streamlining the process.
Summary of the changes made:
- Signatures no longer required
- Easier to read and understand documents with simplified terminology
- Facility letter valid for 90 days or until valuation expiry date whichever comes first
