We’re thrilled to announce our new Mid LTV rates to our Select range, providing more solutions and options for customers, so they only pay for what they need. Available across our Select range for Residential clients, with fee and no fee options, and fixed for either 2 or 5 years:
- 82.5% LTV
- 87.5% LTV
- 92.5% LTV
