As of close of business Thursday 8th October, we’ll be making updates to our Residential and Buy to Let product offering.
Residential key updates
- Selected rate increases, including to Select (including eKo, Hero and Professionals), Core, Resi 12 and Resi 6
BTL key updates
- Selected rate increases to HMO/MUB
The new product guides reflecting these updated rates will be available from Friday 9th October.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm tomorrow, Thursday 8th October.
Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Monday 12th October.
