We’ve made some changes to our Residential & BTL product ranges, including:
Selected Residential rates up to 85% LTV reduced by 20bps (including our Select, Core, Heroes, Young Professional and eKo products)
Selected BTL rates reduced by up to 96bps (including Core, Limited Company and Specialist products)
As well as that, we’ve launched the following BTL Specials
- BTL Core, 70% LTV, 2 year fixed, 4.15%, 5% fee, free val
- BTL Specialist, 70% LTV, 2 year fixed, 4.24%, 5% fee
