In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

With effect from close of business on Monday, we are withdrawing the following from our product offering:

Residential Property Plus 2 Year Fixed at 4.39%, £0 fee

Residential Property Plus 5 Year Fixed at 4.79%, £0 fee

To submit a case on these products, please note the submission deadlines below:

• Decision in Principle Illustration produced and the FMA commenced by 5pm on Monday 11th October 2021

• Full Application – submitted by 5pm on Sunday 17th October 2021

Great news, we’ve reduced rates across our Residential Core range, including lower completion fees across some of our 85% LTV products. For your clients looking for a non-standard construction we’ve also lowered some of our 75% LTV Property Plus rates.

BTL (inc. Limited Company)
75% LTV 5 year fixed at 2.95% (1.75% fee)

Residential (min £250,000 loan amount)
70% LTV 2 year fixed at 1.99% (£1,999 fee)

Please note, for applications from Northern Ireland the maximum LTV is 75%, maximum loan amount is £500,000, and free legal option is not available.
