Residential
TWELVE new special rates for 90% LTV on our Select range, for purchase and remo, including:
- 5 year fixed, £999 fee, 6.44% | 5 year fixed, no fee, 6.64%
- 2 year fixed, £999 fee, 6.89% | 2 year fixed, no fee, 7.14%
- Plus we’ve lowered rates on our 90% LTV products for Hero, Professionals and eKo Reward.
Buy to Let (including Limited Company)
THREE new special rates for 75% LTV AND a brand new 2 year fixed rate with a £4000 fee at 5.79%
including:
