Product Update
From close of business on Thursday 22nd October, we will be increasing selected rates across our Residential and Buy to Let product range. New product guides reflecting these changes will be available from Friday 23rd October.
Important information
Please note, to secure one of these products you must have confirmed all DIP data is correct on the first page of the Full Mortgage Application and have commenced to the next page. If this has not been done, then you will not have secured the product.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Thursday 22nd October.
Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Monday 26th October.
