Upcoming product changes
We want to let you know that from 5pm today, Wednesday 6 November, we’re withdrawing:
- All of our fixed rate buy to let products, including further advances.
- All of our fixed rate residential products, including further advances.
- All of our buy to let and residential product transfer rates.
New rates for all of the above ranges will be introduced tomorrow, Thursday 7 November.
Applications for our current range must reach ‘fees paid’ stage before 5pm today, Wednesday 6 November. All essential documentation must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 13 November.
