Notice of switch to BBR
We are writing to inform you that from today (01 October), we have moved over to BBR (Bank of England Base Rate) from LIBOR, across our whole product range.
This has reduced the rates of our NO ERC tracker products, which are currently priced at:
- Standard & New Build Properties 60% LTV @ 3.30%
- Standard & New Build Properties 75% LTV @ 3.55%
- Small HMO/MUFB & New Build 60% LTV @ 3.45%
- Small HMO/MUFB & New Build 75% LTV @ 3.55%
- Large HMO/MUFB 60% LTV @ 4.05%
- Large HMO/MUFB 70% LTV @ 4.10%
