New 85% LTV 2 and 3 year deals
Tomorrow, Friday 2 October, we will launch new products and make reductions to selected rates.
Core
- NEW 85% LTV 2 and 3 year fixed rates with £995 fee and fee-saver options
- 65% LTV 3 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.04%
- Selected 75% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.12%
- 85% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.09%
- 75% LTV HTB 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.16%
- Selected BTL 60% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.16%
- Selected BTL 75% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%
