We have had a couple of tweaks to our 2-year deals today
Goal of the release:
- Increase rate of 2y fixed products, given cost of funding increased due to interest rate expectations
Summary of changes:
- Increase rate of 2y fixed products:
- Standard and FTL by 30bps
- Small MUFB/HMO by 34bps
- Trading Co by 20bps
Operational impact and comms:
- The old products were pulled on Wednesday at midnight – they are no longer selectable in the broker portal
- Anyone who had selected the product before midnight on Wednesday, has until midnight tomorrow Friday to submit their application, accept the app form and pay the admin fee to secure the rate
- An email will be sent to all brokers today outlining the above
