Rate Increase
We are increasing rates from midnight tonight. The new rates will be live in the system tomorrow morning.
Summary of changes –
- Increasing rates of Standard 5Y fixed, including non-portfolio and AVMs products by 25 bps (22 products)
- Increasing rates of Standard 2Y fixed, including AVM products by 20 bps (14 products)
Removing 7 products:
- Standard 2Y 70% and 75% LTV 4% fees, including AVM product
- Standard 5Y fixed 55% and 70% LTV 3% and 6% fees
